How to reset your device?

If you experience any issues with your smart device, try following the steps below to reset your devices and then add them back into your app.

Bulbs, Strip Controller, PIR Sensor (Version 1.00XX or below)
  1. Manually power off the device (10 seconds)
  2. Manually power on the device (1 seconds)
    3. (Repeat step 1 and 2 for three times)
  3. Manually power off the device (10 seconds)
  4. Manually power on the device (15 seconds)
    5. (Repeat step 3 and 4 for two times)
  5. Manually power off the device (10 seconds)
  6. Manually power on the device.
You will see the lights flash three times and then change to 'bright up and fade gradually' mode, that means reset successfully.
Note：
1). Once you reset your devices, they will no longer appear in your app and will need to be added again.
2). Make sure to turn power on and off the power switch and not within the app.

Tip: If the factory reset above was unsuccessful，Please try (Version 2.00XX or above) method

  1. Start with your bulb off for at least 10 seconds.
  2. Turn on for 5 – 10 seconds
  3. Turn off for 10 seconds
  4. Turn on for 5 – 10 seconds
  5. Turn off for 10 seconds
  6. Turn on for 5 – 10 seconds
  7. Turn off for 10 seconds
  8. Turn on for 5 – 10 seconds
  9. Turn off for 10 seconds
  10. Turn on for 5 – 10 seconds
  11. Turn off for 10 seconds
  12. Turn on
You will see the lights flash three times and then change to 'bright up and fade gradually' mode, that means reset successfully.

Tip: If the factory reset above was unsuccessful，Please try (Version 1.00XX or below) method
  1. Click "ALL" button (2 seconds,Let go 2 seconds
    2. Repeat the above steps 3 times
  2. Long click "ALL" button（6 seconds） (Let go immediately until the indicator light stops flashing)
    3. Repeat the above steps 2 times Until the indicator light changes to breathing mode
  3. Press simultaneously(Until the indicator light changes to breathing mode)
Indicator light is breathing mode ,reset is succeed.
  1. Long click the button on the smart gateway
Until the WAN and LAN indicator light are off,reset is succeed.
